seebet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and seebet ("seebet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the seebet platform at seebet.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the seebet platform. seebet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a seebet account. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. seebet enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using a valid Malaysian Identity Card (IC) or other government-issued identification documents. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. seebet does not represent that use of the platform is appropriate or lawful in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is permitted under applicable law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered seebet account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. seebet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in the event of duplicate account detection.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian IC, a valid email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seebet login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. seebet will not be liable for any losses, damages or liabilities arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your seebet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify seebet's customer support immediately via the live chat function. seebet will investigate all reported security incidents in good faith, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

3.3 Account Verification. seebet may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request additional verification documents from any account holder. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by seebet may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal processing delays.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that remains inactive — defined as no login or financial transaction — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee deducted monthly from any remaining balance, as permitted under applicable regulations. seebet will attempt to notify you prior to the application of inactivity fees via your registered email address.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. seebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank and Public Bank, as well as other payment methods as updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). seebet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior written agreement.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your seebet account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. seebet aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated in the cashier section, but does not guarantee processing within any specific period during periods of unusually high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. All deposits and withdrawals at seebet are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. seebet reserves the right to delay, freeze or decline any transaction that triggers AML alerts, and may request additional documentation as required by applicable law. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your winnings under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction. seebet does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on winnings unless specifically required to do so by applicable law.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the seebet platform are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirmation. seebet is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

5.2 Palpable Errors. seebet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system error, pricing error or typographical mistake. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. seebet's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.

5.3 Sportsbook Rules. All sports betting markets on seebet are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each event. In the event of ambiguity, seebet's interpretation of applicable sporting rules shall prevail. Specific rules for football, the Malaysia Super League, UFC, badminton, e-sports and other covered sports are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

5.4 Casino and Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and RNG games — are governed by the respective game rules displayed within each game interface. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages over the statistical long term and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

6.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the seebet platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your seebet account are typically subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time window are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Abuse and Fraud. seebet reserves the right to withhold, cancel or recover any bonus or promotional award where evidence of abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using automated betting strategies or software to exploit promotion terms; collusion between players; and placing offsetting bets across accounts. Any winnings derived from fraudulent bonus activity will be forfeited in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the seebet platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to access or interact with the seebet platform in a manner not intended for manual human use.
• Match fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market on seebet.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches or errors in the seebet platform for financial gain.
• Using the seebet platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your seebet account, whether for compensation or otherwise.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity or location during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the fair operation of the seebet platform or damages the experience of other players.

All content on the seebet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall appearance and layout of the platform — is the property of seebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the seebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any content from the seebet platform without the prior written consent of seebet.

9.1 Platform Availability. seebet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and circumstances beyond seebet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, seebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the seebet platform — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — whether based in contract, tort or otherwise.

9.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, seebet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to seebet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

seebet collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering on seebet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

seebet implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Player financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. seebet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

seebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment — not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Your continued use of the seebet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact customer support to request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the international gaming licensing jurisdiction under which seebet operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the seebet platform's records shall be the definitive reference. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must first contact seebet's customer support team via live chat. seebet aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under seebet's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
